The Feed Ingredients & Additives Association of Australia is proud to introduce a new industry development award, reaffirming our long‑standing commitment to supporting the growth, capability, and future leadership of Australia’s feed ingredients and additives sector. This award has been created to recognise emerging talent, encourage professional development, and celebrate individuals who demonstrate passion, initiative, and a vision for strengthening our industry into the future.

23rd February - Must be available for an online interview
10th May - 16th May 2026 - Training, Conference & Plant Tours held

Applications are open to employees of Full and Provisional FIAAA members working in any area of the feed ingredients and additives industry including production, technical services, quality control, sales, administration and purchasing. The winning entrants will receive their award at the Australasian Milling Conference being held in conjunction with Food with Purpose at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, 12-14 May 2026.
